Maybe you can ask a friend to use their credit card and you can give them cash?  I assume you don't have a credit card?

Just apply for your own credit card. 

This company offers supposed guaranteed approval on a platinum unsecured credit card up to $7500.  http://platinumcard.notlong.com

I got a $5,000 limit on mine, but my credit score is decent.
