Cell Phone Number Belongs To, Locate Cell Phone Owner?
Is there a way that I can access cell phone records online to locate a cell phone owner?
Or is there an online cell phone directory that one can use to find out who a cell phone number belongs to?

SO, after much searching online I eventually discovered there is no way of finding out for free who a cell phone number belongs to - this is because the Cell phone companies charge to release the information.
However I did find some reliable locate cell phone owner sites where you can pay to get info about who a cell phone number belongs to and other details.
I used Reverse Phone Detective - Cell Phone Number Belongs to ,
Their cell phone directory / database seems quite recent and also comprehensive - important, I guess.
With me they supplied: The Full name and address for the owner that the cell phone number belongs to, the phone company's details, a map location, and (if available) some previous cell phone numbers and addresses.
2 things concerned me though:
- Some online cell phone directories supply only a surname with an array of possible first name matches, this is no help at all!
- Some paid 'locate cell phone owner' sites charge per search so be sure that whoever you go with allows you the membership option to do as many searches as required (usually they give you a period of a year) .
