I guess there's no way of knowing.  I think I wrote back to another user that I guess it's just one or a few peoples' opinions... it doesn't mean that much.  The majority of people I know would put Shakira and Beyonce at the very top of the list, or at least close to it.  Lots of people on that list are really random and I have no idea where they even got the idea to choose them, haha.  Oh well.  We know the truth, right?
