My husband downloaded a song, to play at my son's funeral last year. from Wal-marts music. It played in my portable cd player but when the funeral home tried to play it on their machine it wouldn't play, Anyone know please how he downloaded it wrong. Thanks.

Some CD players willl not play MP3s ( the file format he likely downloaded...),

your CD player probably does and the funeral home machine perhaps did not?

Could be the reason...

Bottom line - if it played on your machine he downloaded it correctly, the problem was with the 'format' and the player.
