A:when i was 17 I had the same symptons. I went to the ER and had cyst. The doctor numbed it and cut to let infection out. He said to change razors quite often and use deodarant only instead aod antiperspirant. i never had any other problems. He also put me on pain pills for a week. I hope this helps!
