Check that the gasket on the inside of the door forms a perfect seal so that no outside air can enter.

Well, you shouldn't have frost in the refrigerator at all, but if it's in the freezer, it's because the rubber gasket around the door is letting air into the freezer compartment...it would be cheaper to but a new frig than to have it replaced. I knew a man that owned an appliance repair shop, and retired a millionare just six months ago!
