What would cause a 14 yr old to have severe stomach pains for 2 wks plus

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

Meaning no disrespect, the major diagnostic category that you do not speak of is stress. What is going on with your daughter at school and extracurricular activities?

A gastroenterologist is a doctor that specializes in the digestive system and problems with it. That might be someone that you should see if you feel it has to do with your daughter's digestive tract.

If the issue is with her digestive tract, something you can do immediately would be to cut out sugar and refined carbohydrates (especially soda) as much as possible from her diet and start her on a good probiotic supplement.

Where exactly is this pain? Is it in the front or back?
