What type of jewelry or items do catholics wear on them?
Crosses or crucifiction, then mostly silver ones of blessed virgin Mary or one of the saints for various reasons like, finding the lost, or a traveler, sailor, healer, etc.

sillyshyboyme, Catholics wear the same thing any other person would wear. They wear jewelry of all kinds. They might wear a small crucifix with pretty stones in it as a necklace. Of course, people of other faiths might wear the same type of crucifix necklace. Some may wear a small medal on a chain of a favorite Saint. Some of the older Catholics may still wear a small scapular around their neck, which is a Christian Sacramental. See the link below for the meaning of a scapular. Otherwise, they really don't wear anything different than any other person.

The two most popular that I know of are a Cross or the Miraculous Metal.

I personally wear a small silver crucifix. I grew up wearing a St. Christopher medal as we moved all over the US.
