ferrets - I have a new ferret given to us by a friend and know nothing about it - age, neutering etc. How can I tell if it has been neutered? I'm pretty sure its a male.

My question was answered by a vet associated with ferret.org.
Turns out ferrets are tatooed on their ear regarding their neuter/descented status. Learn something new everyday!
