"What is the use of Technology if it aint humane"

A:

Cleaning the cartridge with clean damp cloth would be one thing. Check if the ink on the cartridges are still on the medium to high level. Insufficient amount of ink may result for the printer to automatically choose the available ones in order to resume printing. If all ink level is not low, then the problem would have to be rooted with its internal circuitry. Better let an experienced technician fix this for you. Self diagnosing or troubleshooting the machine without ample knowledge would only risk it to further damage.
