I have been given a present of a Mercedes-Benz Fitnessbike Sport, however,I read in the Owners Maunual that it is not suitable "in general public traffic" and may only be used in off-road situations. Furthermore, it is not approved for use on public roads by German traffic regulations. I need a bike for use on public roads and I would be interested to know why this bike is unsuitable.
