Yes I do believe that this is a true story.  I looked it up on line all you have to do is type in her name and a million stories come up and they all say the same thing, that it is a true story.  One of my friends didn't send this and hse heard strange laughter coming from the drain in her shower, so she sent it but Carmen didn't come for her that night so that part wasn't true, she doesn't come back to get you in the night when you are sleeping, I think you would have the sence to fight back cause if someone where to grab you I think that you would fight back or at least yell for help, or here is a thought why don't you get out of bed turn on the light, or all of the lights to make her go away.
