I would check the tie rod ends, then ball joints and idler arm.  Tires could be the problem, but not the likeliest problem.  The tires should be checked first though, because they are the easiest to examine.  Look for bubbles or bends in the sidewalls and tread, look on the rim to see if a balance weight fell off.
