I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring unlimited ...

I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring unlimited convertible and the lights on the speedometer and tachometer in the dome area won't turn on until I drive for about 10 minutes.  I think these are in the dome area just behind the steering wheel.  I've taken the car to a Chrysler dealer and they could not find or fix the problem.
