i have a 1990 chevy beretta 3.1L i have replaced the alternator and the battery.the car is still not charging.what am i missing.

first i want to know, how you know it isnt charging. you didnt say the alt light is on. what do you mean? the battery is always dead? u always need a jump? car starts but the headlights are dim? tell me more

there may be a break in a wire going to the alternator. there are usually 3 wires.
