there are a number of things that can cause a car to over heat try checking your radiator for leaks if there is a small leak you must look for dampness around the bottom edge of the radiator or you can even try flushing the radiator this is very simple to do at the bottom of your radiator the is a little screw loosen it to drain then take a garden hose run it through the top where you would add fluid then let water run till it is clear tighten the screw at the bottom and add more fluid also make sure your fan is working properly. i would check out your water level and themastat, also eather your fan, fan relay or temp sensor that turns your fan on could be bad, you can turn your a/c on and if your fans are working they should come on,most cars the fans come on direct if the a/c is on,if not you may have a relay problem, if they do you may have a sensor proble or fan control module problem depending on your car.
