Dear Be Blessed:

I appreciate your reply.

I read your reply -- mentally agreeing with every word --until I reached the last paragraph. Then, you added the following:

"If you feel the way that you do, I urge you not to vote for him, because I'm sure if he knew how you felt, he would probably turn it down anyway."

I am concerned about my ability to communicate as I sense you are an intelligent, thinking man.

I do not complain about Obama’s skin color, parents, ancestors. These things have absolutely no effect on my decision not to vote for him.

Once again --I object to Obama running as a black when he is only 6% black. (It is particularly offensive when his ancestors participated in enslaving black people and selling them to others. Frankly, it would be even more offensive if I were black.)

However, that is not the reason I am voting against him.

I reject him because of his vision for America of government control and he is a product of the South Chicago fraudulent political machine – letting the likes of Tony Resco to pay a portion of $300,000 of the purchase of his home (and Resco does not give without expecting back).

I also reject Obama because of his close relationship with Reverend Wright, who –upon meeting me -- would look at me a a white man -- and therefore a racist-- whereas I would look at him as a man -- and then would be repelled by his racist views. Racism is bad, and being black is no excuse for being a racist.

When Colin Powell was considering running several years ago, I was preparing to support him.

Enough of this. You  are voting for Obama because you think he is the best man for the job and not because of his ethnic background. I am voting for McCaine because I think he is the best man for the job and not because of Obama’s ethnic background.

We are each "preaching to the choir".

May God Bless you and your family.

Curious
