This company is a fraud.  There is no phone number because they use call center to take orders and they are the only people  you can get in touch with.  I got an adress from the call center to send a letter but guess what?, the  address that they gave me doesn't receive mail.  I think were out of luck.  The only thing to do is do everything you can to destroy their reputation.  File as many complaint as possibe.  Get the word out to everyone.  Maybe even call investigative Television.  That is the best advice I can give you.
