How to make calls to different countries using voip?

Well first you need to figure out what service to use.

 1.  typical voip providers will ask that you install some special software and set up special voip equipment that you can by at radio shack.  But this works to make global pc to pc phone calls.  However your friends in the other country also need to install the voip software and have the equipment.

 2. Virtual voip providers that work on your mobile phone have an easy solution to save on international calls. While making it easy to make mobile to mobile or home phone calls.  For example with www.Pingo.com you can pre-program your mobile phone and speed dial your friends in up to 200 countries.  This removes the pain of installing software or equipment.  Do a search for virtual voip calling card providers to help direct you to a quick & easy solution to stay in touch with friends world wide.

You can use Skype, in which case you need Skype Out service. If you don't have any voIP service and if you are from the US I recommend using Phone.com Home Phone product they have very low cost prices for any international destination.

Skype is free; paid voip service providers will charge you a low long distance cost.

First is you must connected to VoIP service provider . Then you will be given a modem of account for the phones to be hook up. Then you will be able to call other countries like as you were calling in local.
