You can never have too many friends but one missed chance to make a friend is one chance to many.

A:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, spray a bunt pan with PAM cooking spray dust the sprayed pan with flour making sure to coat the entire pan with flour.1 yellow butter cake mix (I use Duncan Hines) 1/2 cup vegetable oil1cup sour cream 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup water 4 eggs, 1cup pecans chopped, 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2tablespoons ground cinnamon, GLAZE: 1 cup confectioners sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1-2tablespoons milk. In a large bowl blend cake mix with sour cream, oil, eggs brown sugar, water. Pour 2/3 of batter in your bunt pan. Mix pecans, sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over batter in bunt pan now add the remaining batter gently so you won't disturbe the nut mix bake until cake springs back at about 50-55 minutes or use a knife if its clean when you bring it out of cake its done. Ovens are different so start checking your cake at about 45 min. place a flat plate over the cake pan and turn it over leave the bunt pan on the cake for about 20-25 Minutes lift off pan and drizzle glaze over cake. You can also mix a  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in your glaze before you drizzle it.
