Do you have a nvidia graphics card in your system? 

These files belong to the nvidia drivers control panel. You probably somehow had them removed from your system but it still tries to load them on startup.

If you indeed use nvidia, reinstalling the drivers will probably fix it. Get the latest drivers from nvidia

If you don't have nvidia graphics card, you will need to clean your system from the references to these files (and also figure out how those got into your system in the first place).
