Hi gmester

Isn't it exciting to get involved in the internet? The business opportunities are mindboggling. When you want to buy a domain name, you can go to a place such as www.godaddy.com. They offer a one year domain name purchase at under $10. Search the internet for 'godaddy coupons'. You are sure to find a code you can use to get a discount when you make your purchase.

You can specify if you want to purchase the domain for one year, two years, or so. Various extras can be added, such as a privacy service, where your private details are kept hidden. What is included, will depend entirely on the services you choose when you make your purchase. The domain will be yours for life, provided that you renew it when you receive notice from the company that the domain is about to expire. You can also set it to renew automatically.  Godaddy also offers hosting and shopping carts and almost anything else you will need to get started.

If you want to know more about adding ways to monetize your site, read the free Google Adsense article here.  You can also get help with website design and services such as Aweber email autoresponders.

Good luck with your new venture!

Organic SEO Tips, Checklist and Updates

Go to godaddy.com and mouse over the Domains tab on the top left to get the drop down menu. Then click Register a Domain. Go through the steps and make your new purchase. Purchase hosting to go with your new domain.

register.com is another good domain and hosting company.

When choosing a new domain name, keep the characters to a minimum for a more attractive domain.

You can pay the domain registrar.  Fees include a yearly fee anywhere from $9 Per Year to $20 Per Year.

I'd recommend http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com from Yahoo. Their domain names are $9 Yearly.
