I think you should go slow on that one. Almost always, business follows rules and laws. A business has to be implemented in the correct manner with honest advice and counsel of a professional. You should go to this business workshop that is conducted by business coaching company. They will teach you how to avoid classic pitfalls and be successful. Please get in touch with: www.businessforsmarties.com for guidance and professional advice.

Investing in Human Capital is the most rewarding; free-market utilization of Human Capital is the least expensive path to success.

Don't whine about problems without thinking of a free-market, economically rational, and socially pragmatic solution.

Are you a self-motivaor, who can work without instruction, prioritize tasks. Do you believe in yourself?

First why? Why your own business, why not invest  and continue what you are doing?

Second, if you have an idea, a niche, a desire and the will, start by downloading a business plan template from www.sba.gov. It asks you to write down your ideas and concepts and do enough research to support them

Or, if you have a grasp on the purpose of a Franchise, consider whether all the infrastructure offered by a Franchisor would be helpful to you; save a lot of mistakes, maybe extend and make good use of your capital.

All in all, little is more rewarding that a successful personal business, at almost any level. The freedom and the chance to succeed purely based on what you do and contribute are exhilarating.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!!

Sell successfully and make money online - and keep music live and real!

Begin by defining your goals.  be strict with yourself, what do you want and how much can you commit to the business (both personally and financially).  Avoid ALL get rich schemes on the net, they are scams.

My preferred option is to start on eBay.  It is not a sexy option but it is entirely possible to build a real business.  Start small, find a good product line that you can sell over and over.  Look at what is already selling on eBay, find a wholeseller and begin listing.

If you think you can handle your own business pretty well, the go for it. But then again, it would be better if you first try to experience how it is running a business. Develop the skills you would need to successfully run your prospective business. If you want to venture as an outsourcing provider, learn from the countless businesses and individuals who have thrived in this particular career.

It would be best to read and learn a lot about your dream first. Take studies relating to it. Or if you're already there, however quite not sure about what actions to take to make a good proceeds of your inheritance, then you could have business lessons through coaching. Before starting any business look at your own skills and experience. If you know about any business already, then it is better to start that. If you want to work from home then you can do the online work like earn by writing , affiliate marketing, and google adsense etc.
