Keeping it crunk since 2002.

I, personally, have had luck selling stuff on CafePress.  I'm not quitting my day job, but I am pulling in enough money to make people say, "Wow."

Another online business that I have given serious consideration to is working as an eBay reseller.  That is, I sell other people's stuff on consignment.  If you'd like some more ideas on how that works, let me know.

of improve some skills and play for money- the best is probably poker as it's extremely popular and there's big potential if you take it seriously and become a good player. a lot of newbies to win...

first of all you got to have an  innovative idea, making money by the Internet is all about Users, that's what the whole Web 2.0 is based upon- people, people and some more people. The Internet is packed with amateurs trying to make easy money, I doubt if the succeed with that. If you are not a true pro in programming,web design etc.  get some people around you who are.

There are meny ways such as "google ads", SMS4MONEY and form emails. if you know hebrew you can visit: http://htmm.tk  and there is some gides there to get money from the internet.

There is no secret formula, if thats what you're looking for. You will make money when you make the "market" more efficient (i.e. provide a service or product that others will pay for).

Start by figuring out what skills you have in relation to possibilities on the internet, how much capital you have, what other resources you have. From this you should be able to put a picture together of where you should start poking around (ecommerce, web development, innovative new concepts, etc). Do your research, make sure you do not hate what you are getting into, and dive in! You will not reap any rewards without exerting substantial effort.

How long is a piece of string? Seriously though, doing anything that is me-too is a waste of time. 

eBay offers interesting opportunities to all sorts of traders.

The best way is to come up with something no-one else has thought of. Remember the million pixel thing? That was a stunner but can't be replicated.

Bottom line - be original.
