There is no such thing as free money. No one is just going to hand it to you. You must work or invest to earn money. For example the company in the article that you are referring to is already out of business.
The company in question was Agloco that promised people that they could make thousands just by surfing the internet.
This is just another example of how easy it is to scam people over the internet.
