Try using a different brand of dvd's. I have had this happen with TDK's, and have had luck with SONY,and MAXELL.

Hi there!

Ok, first of all part of the problem may be that the brand or type of DVD you are using is not compatible with your DVD player. Try burning the project on to a different brand of DVD.

Also, the bitrate at which you have burned the DVD may be too high for the DVD player to handle coming from a home burned DVD.

You can try to lower the bitrate to see what happens.

Ok, I got one more!

When you burned the DVD the disc may have been burned at a speed a little too high so the data on the DVD has corruption. Not enough to upset your computer playback arrangement but enough to annoy your DVD player! Try burning at a slower speed but not too slow! If it is a 16x DVD try burning at 8X or if ot is an 8X try at 4X.

Finally go to this site to see if there are any other things you can do: DVD Repair Tips

Hello,

There are some possibilities.

First of all, please check whether your DVD player works or not.If the DVD player is old, its reading ability also will be worse.

If your DVD player is OK,the other reason is your DVD player doesn't support your DVD format. Most of DVD player just support DVD standard format. You should use the Video to DVD converter to convert the format and then burn it.

You can try Aimersoft Video to DVD converter to help you. It's professinal to do that.

Wish it helps!

The DVD player may not "like" the RW discs. Try burning to -R discs, they are cheap these days. if the disc is rated at 16X then try burning at 8X or if 8X then lower the burn speed to 4X.

Let us know how you go!
