You would be likely to lose all of your weight - because it is entirely possible that such poor treatment of your body would kill you.

In other words, it's a stupid move. Don't do it.

This is what would happen you would lose weight  for that month and then when you started eating again you would gain it all back and more . So you would end up fatter than when you started.

The reason why that would happen is because you slowed your metabolism down and changed your body from a fat burning machine into a fat storing machine.

If you really want to lose weight and do it is a healthy way I recommend that you try a diet that is healthy and is designed to speed up your metabolism so when you go off the diet your body continues to burn food and not store it.

My self im on the fat loss 4 idiots diet and the first 2 weeks i lost 7 pounds and the next 2 weeks i lost another 4.5 pounds for a total of 11.5 pounds in 4 weeks. I need to lose 50 pounds total so im on my way.

Oh I forgot to say that im also making a video diary to show my weight loss and i post a new video every 2 weeks.

If you want long term weight loss you HAVE to be sensible about it, any sort of extreme diet will throw the body into shock and slow down your metabolism, lower metabolism = less calories burned.

Increase the metabolism naturally that's a better solution for long term weight loss.
