i lift barbells every day,do 150 situps and 30 press ups every day. and i just stopped going to the gym. will that give me a muscular body and abb and chest muscules. gerard.

Well, if you stopped going to the gym but keep on doing your 150 situps and 30 push-ups then I think you´ll mantain your upper body strength as well as a flat tummy:o)

You are probably right, but the gym has the advantage of supervising your personal program and could probably help your muscular development more intelligently and safely to avoid over stressing the muscles.
