I am losing weight but I have a large flabby behind. I don't want to shrink it. In fact, I want to enhance the size. What can I do to save my butt but lose the fat everywhere else on my flabby soft body.I am willing to do 100 squats a day if it'll work. Please advise. P.S. I am a 30 year old woman:)
You can do special but exercises that someone in a gym can help you with. Your butt won't necessarily get smaller, it will just become more toned, which is a good thing. If you are lucky enough to have a nice juicy butt, I don't think you'll lose it by losing weight. Just keep getting exercise and as a trainer in a gym what some good butt exercises are.
