I think you should first consult your physician to find out if there is any reason why you have difficulty in gaining weight and to also suggest a diet. If there is a medical reason for your problem almost any diet will not help.

eat every 2 hours, and train like a dog.........   (eat massive meals - like its the last meal u'll ever eat)

search bodybuilding on: youtube (www.youtube.com)
