Why does my breath smells of alchol when I have not been drinking?

People I work with say I have alchol on my breath ( without my drinking ) Is there something that I take ( hydrocortisone ) could cause this?   I am not a Diabetic - although the Dr's say I'm on the verge.

The only thing I know of is having high blood sugar.  You may be "on the verge" enough to be exhibiting symptoms.  Also, if you drink sweet drinks at work, your blood sugar would be higher there than normal.  You need to try to get your blood sugar down.  Speaking from experience, diabetes is not a disease you want to have.  Take steps now (exercise, good diet ) to prevent diabetes from being a part of your life that controls your life.

Don't just rock the boat, turn it over, if your not on it!

Eat more fiber it slows food absorption, which keeps insulin levels steady. Eat more veggies not red meat chicken is good protein, tuna is good omega 3 for you. Treat yourself like you have diabetes. Before you do get it. Be health smart. Good luck.
