I just got a call from these people from a fast-talking woman and at the end of the call I realized she hadn't even told me the name of the organization.  I've done a lot of research and its pretty clear this organization is a scam - what a shame to do it in the name of sick women.  I reported them to my attorney general.

Just to let you know that they called me tonight. At first, when the woman started her speel I thought she was offering me money - I am a one year survivor.  I did pledge, but after reading this the check will not be in the mail. By the way, nothing on Charity Navigator yet on them.

Yes, Mr. James Reynolds makes a nice salary for being CEO of a charity that gets less than 1/2 it's donations after paying the fundraising telemarketing boiler rooms. Then they sent a good portion of the 2008 net proceeds to overseas benefactors in the form of "medical supplies". Wonder who the ceo is of the company where they bought the supplies from is. And Mr. Reynold's name appears on the paid employees list of more than 1 charity. Thank you to the CO Corporation Commission for having a copy of their 903 available online.
