What are the names of the Principals or Administrators?

Good question! The current administrators consist of a board of directors in accordance with the organizaiton's by-laws. These directors are primarily volunteers. Their names and current positions on the board are: James T. Reynolds, II - President Dr. Justin Walker - Secretary Eric Fansen - Treasurer Sarah Carter - Director Dr. Chris Lee (contingent Director) The organization is set up as a corporation and is chartered in Delaware. This is a scam folks.  Look at their "ribbon" logo.  Not the official trademarked ribbon for breast cancer.  I just received a pledge envelope.  The address is now Headquarters:  6859 E. Rembrandt Ave., Suite 128, Mesa, AZ 85212.  The money envelope's address is PMB 226-Gift Processing Ctr-MD, 3687 Highway 9, Freehold, NJ  07728-3288.  I keep getting calls (sometimes 2 a day).  When I asked about their logo they hung up.  Do Not Give To This Organization.

They hung up because you asked about the ribbon??? (I doubt that).  There is no official trademarked pink ribbon for all breast cancer charities, by the way.  Each has their own or close to it.

My husband made a pledge to a telemarketer and when I received the packet I attempted to look it up on CharityNavigator.org, which has ratings and also gives the salaries of CEOs.  Nothing was listed for this which is a definite strike against them to begin with as far as I'm concerned.  I think some people are starting their own charities just to get themselves a nice salary and I'm not giving to anything that doesn't fully disclose its financial information.

The Address I have is 6859 E. Rembrandt Ave in Mesa.  Their "Processing Center" is in Pinole, Ca., and they are a "registered charity" in Colorado.  They are not getting MY money

Thank you everyone..... I wrote a check with skepticism, but decided to see if there was anything online before I sent it. I also thought that the call was from the NBCF, but the real clue to me was the tax ID in the flyer.... I've donated to plenty of charities and have worked for a 501(c)(3) as a financial administrator... I've never seen the tax ID like that. My check is in the shredder. Thanks!

I received a phone solicitation from The Breast Cancer  Society with headquarters listed as 6859 E. Rembrandt Ave. Suite 128, Mesa AZ  85212.

I see other questions about the society but not this address.

Is it legit?
