It could be that there is an infection and it causes some swelling, but I really think it is better to seek professional advice here and ask your doctor to look at things and maybe even go another scan. My mother had a lumpectomy a few years back, and though she's probably older than you, she never had a swelling. It could be nothing but why wait in fear?
