Can I put bread into compost?
I’m starting a compost pile in my house. I know you can put fruit, vegetables in it. But what about bread? Can I put my uneaten bread in there…or will that wreck the compost?
No problem. Bread will be easily composted with all other organic wastes.

I agree with mraviv , I've been putting stale bread in my compost all summer, leave alittle for the birds, also stale ice cream cones compost nicely.
No problem in doing that.
