The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

Your best bet is get an attorney and talk to him/her and ask them in your state as state laws change from state to state. And please ask. LOL

The terms of the contract are the law between the agreeing parties. Hence, whatever amount agreed by them and made part of the contract shall be upheld in case of breach provided the said amount is not unconscionable or unreasonable.
