I think it means that he does not respect you and has no understanding of the concept of free choice. Making someone do something against their will, especially making such an important life changing decision for the is a type of behavior which nobody should tolerate.

I dont know how old you are and i dont know how it would be possible for anyone to get you pregnant without your knowledge......Unless ofcourse he druged you ,  in which case he should no longer be  your boyfriend,  also if you are unable to tell that you could get pregnant......   Well i just hope you dont,  it  takes a lot more knowledge to raise a child and you dont seem to have the most basic.   I would wonder why you would even think of having a child without a secure loving situation with someone who is more trustworthy than your present unmarried partner.  I fail to see where he respects you or where you demand respect by how you behave,  and where either one of you would be reliable responsible loving parents to a child..........  You need to grow up and set some standards for yourself and any future relationships.
