I have been trying to remember the name of this movie. There is a little boy that is looking for his dad, he lives in a place that has boats and docks, he talks on a ham radio to a guy that is somewhere that it is very cold, like an ice station. At one point the kid ends up with bad people, he is in a room that has a large window and he can talk to the the ice station guy but can't see him, the guy can see the boy but can't hear him, the guy is trying to figure out where the kid is by what he can see out the large window. In the end the guy is on the docks looking for the kid.
