Not only do I not know what's going on, I wouldn't know what to do about it if I did.

The "stick and move" method involves avoiding the opponent through elusive footwork. The boxer will land well-timed jabs, then back away again without giving the opponent opportunity to launch an attack of his own. In this way, a fighter can slowly wear down an adversary in relative safety. This strategy is very popular in amateur boxing where points are often more important than damage. It is also used extensively by many professional fighters

In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. Low blood pressure is a particular interest and I'm often asked about how to lower cholesterol levels. A healthy heart is becoming a huge focus for many of us nowadays. Improving your blood pressure control and thus the health of your heart and circulation system is really important. My most recent online "adventure" is to start a facility for people to ask me my opinion and to provide high quality health information by answering medical questions online.

I also have a special interest in the problem of feeling Tired All the Time and in those who suffer from chronic fatigue or lethargy. This seems to tie in also to skin care issues or skin treatment problems and suggestions. Tiredness and fatigue can lead to major problems for many individuals in modern society and the way that this can affect all areas of general health can be quite invasive in terms of daily life and coping skills.

My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injuryRotator cuff injury causes problems for many of my patients.

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip  My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

The Best Of Tommy Morrison

0Rooster4Life0 presents a Tribute To Tommy The Duke Morrison. Tommy David Morrison (January 2, 1969, Jay, Oklahoma) is a heavyweight boxer, and the former World Boxing Organization champion. Dubbed "The Duke," he is a grandnephew of Hollywood star John Wayne, and in 1990 was co-star of the boxing movie Rocky V. From the age of 13 to 19 Tommy entered every toughman contest he could, winning 49 fights out of the 50 with 49 by Ko that he participated in. During this time starting in December 1976 he also was fighting amateur boxing matches. In 1980 he also won the Jr. Olympics. He continued this until 1988 where his total of amateur fights was 242 with an impressive amount of wins which was 222 by Ko with only 20 losses. Later in 1988 he was in the Olympic trials where he lost a split decision to Ray Mercer. But the exposure paid off. If you add up all of his toughman, Amateur, Professional and MMA fights, his record is an amazing 340-24-1-312 Ko's. A few days before his next fight, to be shown on Showtime, Morrison had a mandatory HIV test performed by the Nevada Athletic Commission. It was revealed during Showtime's telecast of the boxing undercard that Morrison's HIV test proved positive, automatically retiring him from boxing as a competitor. His return to prizefighting came after several years of his belief that he was given a false-positive HIV exam in Las Vegas. Since December 2006, Morrison claimed that he had tested negative for HIV on four occasions. The head of the Arizona State Boxing Commission personally watched Morrison take a blood test at a lab in Phoenix, and received the official results demonstrating that Morrison was HIV negative
