Looking for good books for a new product manager

A good friend who was just picked as a product manager for a start up in the Web space is looking to enhance his skills with some good books on the subject of product management - how to write the relevant documents, how to think like a P.D, etc.

He would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Go to amazon.com and type in management, product management etc and you will be able to find hundreds of books. You can even narrow the searc h down by using specific words related to his business.
