Is there a social bookmarking service that uses both tags and folders (directories, trees, whatever you call it) to categorize bookmarks?

WOW, this is a revelation! I already have a Y!MyWeb account (their social bookmarking service) and now that I checked Y!Bookmarks I noticed it had been synchronised with my Y!MyWeb bookmarks! Yahoo has really grown far too big... Anyway, thank you UvalS for the eye-opener :) Cryxellis thank you, too, your suggestion ( Netvouz) seems promising.
Yes there are social bookmarking sites that uses both tags and folders to categorized bookmarking such as linkagogo, yahoo bookmarks and google bookmarks.
