I have manufactured/sold (wholesale) custom and stock cabinetry and furntiure for over 25 years. How do I locate and submit bid information for the state of Iowa and General Contractors? I have been swamped with "bid services" and plan rooms. I am very ignorant to the entire process. i could really use some wisdom and experienced based advise.
