A:You will need to bring it to a dealer for a replacment handle but something tells me that it was broken before it just fell off. The dealer is the only place to purchase a real BMW part. You may have damaged the rods inside the door and that is why it wont open from the inside. No one can give you an estimate without looking at it and determining what parts are needed and how long it will take to repair. Good luck.
