Which is the best blu ray ripper?

I am working in a video studio, and this is all my work to be together with various DVDs and videos all the time. But, blu-ray is really hot now, and it is very frustrating to convert and upload them. After trying several so called “blu-ray” converters or rippers, I was almost desperate to my will of uploading blu-ray until I met it.
