I am surprised that there have been no answers to a question you asked a year ago!

155 (systolic) is elevated but the 70/76 (diastolic) is within normal limits. This is important because it is the 'resting pressure' of the heart. Depending on the time of day, preexisting diagnoses and general health, a mild antiherpentsive might be beneficial.

Stress levels effect the entire body -- multiple studies have not shown a significant elevation in blood pressure as a result. Anxiety is a diagnosis within itself and may need to treated if it effects your overall ability to function normally. Worrying is a part of Life unless it goes beyond the norm. In my opinion, a physical exam and chem profile would be in your best interest. Realistically, you need to be evaluated by a physician that can help answer your questions!
