Depends what your interests are. The inherent problem with blogseeking is that a blog is
blog software or just blog?
blog software - i like dasblog, moveable type, and wordpress.
for blogs - there are millions, use http://www.technorati.com as your guide.

but boingboing (www.boingboing.net) isnt a bad choice either
if you just want random information i like digg (www.digg.com) which isnt a blog but is still full of lots of good information
it really just depends what topic you want information on...
