How often and blogger should post on his blog ...

How often and blogger should post on his blog??? Any one one can give Number of posts that can be taken as minimum per week/month. ? While answering this question, please include the examples if possible since it will help me to decide to what should be the number of post per week!

I hope that my answer does not disappoint you, however, I do not think that there is a minimum or a maximum amount of blogs that should be posted weekly. I have friends that live abroad and make sure to post something new at least once a day to keep everyone updated and confident of their safety. I also know people that are very busy and only have time to make a monthly post. It depends on your schedule and your personal preference!

Hi, 

I think it really depends on the type of blog you're planning to run. For instance if you have a blog dealing with daily issues perhaps every day entries would be appropriate. If you are traveling and want to update friends and family, a weekly post would suffice.

It depend on how often you have something new to say, not point in blogging just because you didn't meet your month quota. Blogs are supposed to be a fun way to express yourself, if you have nothing to express, don't write.

There is no minimum or maximum!  Every time you have something to say, you can make a blog post.  If you don't have anything to say, don't post.  If you post without anything to say, it won't be interesting, and people won't want to read it.

Post as often as you can. People who become fans of your blog will likely be looking for a new post every few days. Some will only look once a week. If you want to keep your blog fresh and interesting, you should post often. Posting often is something that takes very little time, because your entries should stay short and sweet. It is a way however to keep things new and exciting for your biggest fans. They will be waiting for your new posts and will continue logging on as long as you provide them with new information.
