I know the feeling of being so angry that you lose control. When I see myself losing my temper, I try to catch it before it gets really bad. The minute I start to get angry I make sure the think it out a lot. I count to ten and try my hardest to change my thoughts to something more pleasant to distract myself. Just last week I was being egged on in a bar and I turned away and put my energy into trying to figure out a way to approach a cute girl across the bar from me. It just isn't worth the energy. It is best to walk away from a situation before even responding to it. If this doesn't help, then I would recommend seeking professional help. It could be something on a deeper level that you need to talk out in order to get to the root of the problem. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Your body goes through changes because of the chemicals released by your brain during a "fight or flight" situation. A cocktail of adrenaline for energy, cortisol for pain relief, is released into your body. You experience tunnel vision, rapid heart rate and respiration, and loss of fine motor skills, as you go into survival mode. Blood and nutrients are diverted from other areas to support this situation. You may be particularly sensitive to these changes.

Try some deep breathing and meditation for relaxing. You can improve this state by adapting your body to deal with stress in a more relaxed way over time.
