May be an ant or possible a flea.
is you daughter scratching them if so I recommend you apply some anti itch cream to alleviate the itch and discomfort.
Also check any animal you have for fleas and treat if necessary. I'd also have a good look around the house as fleas can live happily indoors on carpets also
I know its horrifying but its true!!!!!!!!!!!
Also she could have got the bites anywhere!
As long as your daughter appears well I am sure there is little to worry about.
