That sounds nice. If that is the case, you can always go with a print on demand company. They will not require you to purchase/print a thousand copies of your book. They will only print whenever there is an order. Print on Demand publishers do everything a conventional publisher does - publish, layout, bind, and distribute (or sell them if you want), etc.

My cousin did a family tree a couple of years ago and he had 75 copies made. He used lulu.com and they turned out neat and professionally put together. We each paid $6.00 for our copy. What a wonderful thing to have since we lost 4 uncles in 2 years.Tell your husband that this will aways be cherished. Very good idea.
